FAQ's:

What if I forget how certain things we went over work after our call?
Not a problem! We'll share trainings and recordings of our call, and any info you need, plus you'll have 30 days of Voxer support should anything come up!
Will I need platform subscriptions?
Many of these will require a platform subscription to make them run effortlessly in the background, we'll choose the most cost-effective and proficient plan together, the time and effort saved is well worth it and part of the cost of doing business-if time is money, it will save you a ton of money over time! Subscription is the responsibility of the client.
How long will I have access to the folder share with me- trainings, recordings, etc.
They're yours to keep for life- we'll share the links for you to download hard copies and keep in your records- yours! 
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel no later than 48 hours prior to your VIP day with only negligible admin fees charged. After 48 hours, there is a no cancellation policy.
What if I don't see the project I'm wanting done?
Things we will not be able to do on a VIP day include heavy copywriting, building a website, branding or social media creation/management, facebook ads- reach out to us if you'd like to have those type things done, they're a done for you service that we do offer on a case by case basis! hello@indigowingproductions.com
